Checking Error Code Types for the LIL Hybrid 3.0 (LIL-HYB 3.0)

 

Recently, it seems that many users of the LIL Hybrid 3.0 are experiencing error issues, similar to my own electronic cigarette. Below are some common error types:

  1. E10: When inserting the cigarette, the device vibrates and displays the E10 error code.
    • Issue Type: Preheating error and overheating symptoms
    • Solution: Visit a service center to have internal parts replaced.
  2. E14: When inserting the cigarette, the device vibrates and displays the E14 error code.
    • Issue Type: Battery issue
    • Solution: Visit a service center to have internal parts replaced.
  3. E15: While smoking, a burnt taste is felt and a slightly unpleasant smell remains. When it reaches number 3, the E15 error code appears, and the device shuts off. The end of the cigarette may be burnt.
    • Issue Type: Internal circuit board error
    • Solution: Visit a service center to have internal parts replaced.

Warranty Period: 1 year. However, the LIL Hybrid 3.0 has been on the market for less than a year.

 

For reference, service requests can also be processed by mail, but if you need to continue using your cigarette, visiting in person is the quickest option. Therefore, regardless of the issue type, going to the KT&G customer service center is the fastest solution.

Additionally, registering on the KT&G website before your visit can expedite the process. Although not mandatory, it is advisable to register with your SN# (serial number) if possible.
